Valuing the synergy of the group with the Bakery division of Middleby, Stewart Systems and Proxaut, Vemac has designed and manufactured 3 innovative types of AGV (inductive guide) / LGV (laser guide) automatic vehicles by implementing fully automated solutions integrated in the industrial bakery production process. The vehicles have been placed in new highly automated production plants of the BIMBO group in Mexico and in the United States and in existing plants, automating the historically carried out manual handling of trays for the production of bakery products. Following on from what has been successfully implemented so far, we are developing other innovative solutions for the bakery industry, integrating automatic vehicles in this sector.

Automated trough handlingTrough System


Vemac’s Trough System is designed to move sponge troughs fron the sponge mixer to the dough mixer while providing time for the dough to ferment in a conditioned atmosphere for a predetermined period of time.

The system takes the troughs from the fermentation room, and automatically loads the troughs onto the final mixer elevator (by others).

Advantages
